Skyrim Black Books Rewards

In your travels across solstheim you may come across a madman shouting things related to some mysterious books.
Each black book contains different areas, and each black book has its own reward for completion. Power attacks cost no stamina for 30 seconds. Well the black market summon, is just your typical vendor.
Upon reading the book, three balls of green light appear. There are a total of 7 books. The dragonborn must then defeat the lurkers and seekers along the way until reaching another black book.
Seeker of sorcery (spells cost 10% less magicka, enchantments 10% stronger) from the black book the sallow regent. Seeker of might (combat skills are 10% more effective) from the black book the sallow regent. Reading skill books gives an extra skill point.
The one saving grace of this questline is the moral dilemma of choosing between the unpleasant thalmor and the enraged storcloaks with their annoying nord superiority. 10% more effective combat skills, 10% improved smithing. I had a character refuse to use the oghma infinium—just walked away from it—and refused all black book rewards (she only did the two required, waking dreams and i forget, but rejected temptation), so as to basically say, piss off, to hermaeus mora.
After a short conversation your map will be updated with the location of a black book and the madman will attack you. When reading the respective book from your inventory, a menu will appear allowing you to choose whether you want to change your reward or enter the book's section of apocrypha. Attacks, shouts, and destruction spells do zero damage to followers.
Once ahzidal is defeated, players are rewarded with filament & filigree. Found in white ridge barrow: From the first black book in raven rock mine:

After completing the reluctant steward quest, the dragonborn received a key to a previously locked door which permits access to an altar which holds the book. Better black book reward powers single esl flagged esp that modifies a few of the reward powers from black books more useful: 2000 gold refreshing on a fairly regular basis.
